Lisa Russo is the Director of Talent Accusation who joined Sphinix Solution in November 2017 and has brought with her over 15+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment and management experience within various industries and sectors throughout her career. Lisa enjoys helping individuals find their dream job and is passionate about what she does. She has a proven track record of successfully identifying and placing top talent in difficult to fill positions. She has an excellent ability to understand business needs and build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

An excellent team player, Lisa takes pride in providing client and candidate satisfaction overall while maintaining focus and having a positive overall experience.

A graduate of Villanova University, Lisa received her Master Certification in 2005 with studies in Training, Human Resources, Finance & Business Management.  Lisa has also received her CPSR certification from Tech Serve Alliance in 2015.
